Linter has developed its own methodology to implement the Drummer, minimizing risks and ensuring maximum benefit to customers. The methodology is based on tasks and milestones pre-established and customized per project, which provides customers an objective view of the development of activities.

Pilot Project

The pilot project is a test of adherence of the Drummer APS technology to the company's production process, which can be hired only as a service, without investment in software licensing.
In this phase, Linter studies the customer's production flow and models the manufacturing process on Drummer APS.
After the modeling, a minimal data load is done to generate a simulation environment, in order to verify the total adherence of the software to the company's problem.

Integration with ERP

Linter has developed a set of integration connectors with the main ERP systems in the market, besides generic templates for data import and export in several formats (SQL, text, spreadsheets, etc).
The integration with ERP systems is one of the keys to success in the Drummer implementation process.

Project Management

The project management is supported by a virtual environment, where we centralize all communication processes and project documents, facilitating the monitoring of activities by all team members.

Knowledge Management

The Drummer implementation ensures the formalization of the knowledge of the production planning and scheduling process, facilitating the administration and evolution of the plant management knowledge.
The formalization of the knowledge occurs due to the elimination of several spreadsheets and parallel controls that the company has to develop due to the current characteristics of the ERP systems.
